We always enjoy the quiet time before Valentine’s Day….we create new bouquets, Kate and Alicia have been decorating the shop in all things red, and I’ve been working on taxes! (uggh!) It is a time, too, for renewing friendships and relationships with some of our favorite venues….the Cambridge Hotel (after Gordon Ramsey’s departure) and The Hampton Inn and Suites in Saratoga. Both of these great hotels have hired North Country to create flowers for their lobby and dining spaces and we are thrilled to work with them! 2012 is going to be a wonderful year!

Green Hypericum Toss Bouquet

Alicia, our intern, made this beautiful toss bouquet, but it really could be used for a flower girl to carry as well. It contains yellow mums, white daisy mums, green hypericum berries, varigated pittosporum greens, and is wrapped in a soft yellow ribbon.

These two were so great to design for! They were married at the Queensbury Hotel, an elegant setting. Diana carried a cascading bouquet of pink Stargazer lilies, pink roses, pink limonium, pink carnations, and pink daisy mums.
